Middle AI / Full-Stack Engineer(Python, TypeScript, LangChain, LLM)

About the role

We are looking for a Middle-level Engineer to join a team developing AI-powered solutions and automation workflows for healthcare-related products. You will work under the guidance of the existing technical team, contributing to implementation, integrations, and product development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Hands-on experience working on healthcare or HealthTech projects.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 requirements, with experience handling sensitive personal and healthcare data.
• Familiarity with LangChain or comparable AI development frameworks and platforms.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Python, TypeScript, Java, React.
• Understanding of AI integrations, automation workflows, or LLM-powered applications.
• For Front-End Engineers: experience building enterprise dashboards and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver production-ready code.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Availability to overlap with US business hours for team syncs and meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic workflows, AI agents, or multi-step automation.
• Familiarity with voice AI solutions, LLM performance optimization, or token optimization.
• Experience implementing security, privacy, or compliance-related features in healthcare applications.
