iGaming Operations Specialist

We’re looking for someone to join our iGaming team, take ownership of day-to-day operations, and grow together with us. If you know your way around game content and want to build your career in iGaming, this role is for you.
 

What you’ll do

• Manage and optimize the casino game portfolio and lobby
• Monitor game performance, spot potential issues, and help resolve them
• Oversee daily casino operations and ensure smooth game launches and content updates
• Coordinate with internal teams, including CRM, Marketing, and Design
• Organize game placements and categories, and set up promotional activities
   

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming, ideally in the casino domain (B2C operator, game provider, or content aggregator)
• Understanding of casino games and game providers
• Understanding of casino content and lobby management
• Familiarity with casino promotional mechanics and tournaments
• An analytical, problem-solving mindset
• A proactive approach and a willingness to learn
   

Nice to have

• Experience with casino back-office systems
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS tools
• Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools
