Project Manager - Long-form YouTube (Women's Beauty)

Our company produces long-form YouTube content. We're hiring a project manager to run our content in the women's beauty niche day to day.

Production is already set up on our side. Your job is to make sure what we publish is good and sells.

What you'll do

• Come up with video ideas and titles, based on what already works in the niche.
• Judge thumbnails and packaging before anything goes out.
• Make sure every video has strong calls to action for the brand we promote.
• Keep the team on schedule so every video goes out on time.
• Send a short daily report: what went out, what worked, what changes next.

What we're looking for

• Experience with YouTube content: ideas, titles, thumbnails, CTR and retention.
• Experience promoting a brand or product through content.
• Organized: you hit deadlines and keep others hitting theirs.
• Advanced English. The audience is in the US.
• An interest in beauty, or experience making content for women, is a plus.
• At least 4 hours a day overlapping with 9am–5pm Eastern time.

What we offer

• $1,500–2,500 a month depending on experience. Full-time, fully remote, paid monthly as a contractor.
• Direct work with the founder.
• You'll sign an NDA before starting.
