Corporate Councel

We are an multi-product IT company developing our own products in FinTech, Payments, and Crypto.
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support for international companies, banking and payment operations, corporate structures, commercial contracts, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for international companies, including incorporation, corporate changes, and maintenance of corporate documentation;
• Manage the opening and maintenance of corporate accounts with international banks, PSPs, and EMIs;
• Prepare documentation and support KYC/KYB/AML verification and onboarding processes;
• Communicate with banks, payment providers, compliance officers, company registrars, and external legal advisors;
• Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements, including Service Agreements, NDAs, Agency Agreements, PSP Agreements, and other contracts;
• Provide legal support for onboarding new payment providers and international financial services;
• Prepare and maintain corporate documents, including powers of attorney, board resolutions, incorporation documents, and other legal forms;
• Identify and assess legal and compliance risks related to international business operations;
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, corporate service providers, and registrars across different jurisdictions;
• Improve legal workflows, document management processes, and implement AI tools to automate routine legal tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law;
• 3–5+ years of practical experience in international corporate, commercial, or financial law;
• Hands-on experience supporting foreign legal entities and international corporate structures;
• Practical experience working with international banks, PSPs/EMIs, opening corporate accounts, and handling compliance procedures;
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and international commercial contracts;
• Good understanding of KYC/KYB/AML procedures and financial institutions' compliance requirements;
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in English;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, including business correspondence, legal documentation, and communication with international partners;
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independence, and a business-oriented approach to legal matters.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Crypto, or international product IT companies;
• Experience working with international banks and PSPs/EMIs (Wise, Revolut, Paysera, etc.);
• Practical experience with jurisdictions such as the EU, UK, Cyprus, Estonia, and Poland;
• Understanding of international payment operations, financial infrastructure, and cross-border business activities;
• Experience using AI tools to optimize legal processes.
