Retention and Bonus Manager

We are looking for a Retention and Bonus Manager

Requirements:

- 1.5–3+ years of experience in Bonuses, CRM, Retention;
- Experience independently launching promotional campaigns;
- In-depth understanding of bonus mechanics;
- Knowledge of key metrics: GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, Turnover, Conversion, and Retention;
- Understanding of player segmentation and lifecycle management;
- Experience with A/B testing;
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
- Ability to work with BI tools;
- Basic understanding of unit economics.

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage bonus campaigns end-to-end;
- Select bonus mechanics tailored to player segments and lifecycle stages;
- Define bonus terms and calculate their financial impact;
- Analyze campaign performance;
- Optimize Bonus Cost, Conversion, Turnover, and Revenue;
- Develop and test hypotheses;
- Manage the bonus calendar across multiple player segments and GEOs;
- Coordinate launches with CRM, Product, Analytics, Content, and VIP teams.
