We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop the personal brands of our key stakeholders on LinkedIn, strengthen the company’s thought leadership, and expand our organic reach. This role combines content strategy, Social Selling, partnership development, and analytics, with a strong focus on experimentation, audience engagement, and measurable results.
Requirements:
- Confident use of LinkedIn for business purposes, including personal brand development and an understanding of Social Selling principles, platform formats, and how the platform works.
- Experience independently developing content strategies and content plans, rather than simply executing an existing brief, as well as planning and testing hypotheses around topics, formats, and approaches and drawing conclusions from the results.
- Understanding of what makes LinkedIn content effective, including post structure, hooks, CTAs, and the author's tone of voice, with the ability to evaluate and edit copywriter-produced content to align it with the task and stakeholder's voice.
- Ability to create clear briefs for copywriters and designers, with an understanding of UI/UX principles to assess visual quality (without needing to create visuals independently).
- Experience with LinkedIn analytics (engagement rate, impressions, SSI) and an understanding of basic B2B engagement quality metrics, with a focus on ICP and the ability to draw actionable conclusions.
- Understanding of the B2B marketing funnel (ToFu/MoFu/BoFu) and the role of LinkedIn content at each stage; basic understanding of ICP and lead generation (MQL/SQL).
- Experience with or understanding of partnership marketing, including collaborations, co-created content, and finding external platforms for stakeholders (podcasts, guest posts, research publications).
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress or alternatives), including independently publishing and editing website content.
- Understanding of basic SEO principles for content publishing, including title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, and internal links.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Profile Development: Manage 8 stakeholder profiles (2 primary and 6 secondary); publish daily on primary profiles and 1–2 times per week on secondary profiles; plan the development of each profile, including positioning, profile content, target audience, and potential reach; develop and test hypotheses around topics, formats, and approaches, adjusting the strategy based on results.
- Content Management: Develop content plans and strategies for stakeholders, aligned with the company's overall content strategy; identify relevant topics, industry developments, and expert insights for each stakeholder; prepare briefs for copywriters and designers; edit content and ensure it reflects each stakeholder's voice; schedule and publish posts, articles, and newsletters; use AI tools and automation for drafting, idea generation, and content repurposing.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Development: Identify and establish partnerships on LinkedIn, including collaborative posts and joint research projects; find opportunities beyond the platform, including podcasts, guest appearances, and guest publications; coordinate stakeholder participation in external activities; develop stakeholders' thought leadership.
- Social Selling & Lead Generation: Increase organic reach through LinkedIn activity; engage with content published by ICPs, partners, and thought leaders through comments; participate in professional discussions and interact with relevant audiences; engage with LinkedIn Groups; find and collect ICP contacts using scraping tools.
- Expanding Channel Presence: Research new platforms and communities, including Substack, Quora, Medium, Reddit, and Slack communities; identify and launch channels with growth potential; contribute to the development of the company's YouTube presence.
- Analytics: Monitor the performance of profiles, content, and partnership activities; analyze engagement metrics and prepare recommendations for improvement; track conversions from LinkedIn traffic to the website using UTM parameters and Google Analytics 4.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Publish and edit content on the company website using a CMS when needed; support CSR initiatives and the company's internal brand.
