International Corporate Advisor (Holding Structuring)

About the role:
We are looking for an international corporate lawyer to design and maintain the legal structure of a multi-jurisdiction holding group. 
You will work directly with the owners and top management.

Responsibilities

• Design and support holding structures: parent, subsidiary and intermediate entities; allocation of assets and IP across jurisdictions
• Incorporate, restructure and liquidate companies in offshore and onshore jurisdictions
• Coordinate local counsel and corporate service providers
• Advise on substance requirements, double tax treaties, KYC/AML
• Support franchise, exchange and exchanger-related business lines
• Advise senior leadership on structural and corporate risks

Requirements

• Proven experience structuring international holdings
• Hands-on experience with Hong Kong, Asia, Malta, Cyprus and EU jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of international tax and corporate law
• Ukrainian/Russian, professional English
• Comfortable working directly with C-level executives and owners

Nice to have: background in a law firm or Big Four tax practice; experience with exchanges, exchangers or franchise models.
