We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to help us analyze, optimize, and scale business operations. The primary focus of this role is identifying operational bottlenecks, analyzing performance metrics, improving process efficiency, and driving automation initiatives.
You will work at the intersection of business operations, analytics, and technology, translating business needs into structured requirements, scalable processes, and measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundant activities, and root causes of operational issues.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, workflows, and documentation.
• Develop and improve KPIs, SLAs, and other performance metrics to measure operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, system integrations, and the development of internal tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operational teams, product managers, and technical teams to implement process improvements.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on productivity, operational costs, processing times, service quality, and business performance.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions using data-driven analysis and recommend further improvements where necessary.
• Develop recommendations to improve operational scalability, reduce operational risks, and increase process transparency and control.
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Understanding of business process modeling methodologies, such as BPMN or UML.
• Experience with business requirements analysis, process mapping, workflow design, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of business process automation, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand dependencies between processes, teams, and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
