We are looking for a Media Buyer Google Ads Assistant

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads or strong practical knowledge of the platform.
• Understanding of Google Ads campaign creation, billing, account structure and campaign statuses.
• Understanding of Google Ads policies and the account suspension / appeal process.
• Ability to analyze campaign and account data and identify potential issues.
• Experience working with multiple advertising accounts simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow documented processes and checklists.
• Confident PC user with strong Google Sheets / Excel skills.
• English level sufficient for working with Google Ads interfaces, policies and support communication.
• Ability to work with repetitive operational processes while maintaining consistent quality.

• Readiness to work with the iGaming vertical.

   

Will be plus

• Previous experience as a Google Ads Account Warmer, PPC Specialist or Media Buying Assistant.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Previous experience with iGaming projects.
• Experience working with Google Ads account suspensions and appeals.
• Experience with Google Ads Campaigns.
• Experience working closely with Media Buyers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and warm up Google Ads accounts before handover to Media Buyers.
• Launch and maintain initial Google Ads campaigns according to internal or own warming procedures.
• Monitor account health, campaign status, billing, spend dynamics and policy notifications.
• Gradually scale campaign activity while maintaining stable account performance.
• Handle Google Ads account and campaign suspensions in accordance with Google Ads policies.
• Prepare and submit appeals, provide required information and follow up on appeal statuses.
• Analyze suspension reasons and identify recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, campaigns, spend, appeals and account statuses.
• Perform pre-handover quality checks and ensure accounts meet internal readiness criteria.
• Transfer warmed and operational accounts to Media Buyers with all relevant information and history.
• Communicate with Media Buyers and Farmer regarding account status, issues and performance.
• Follow internal processes, checklists and account management standards.
