Middle+ Game Manager
$$$
Product
We are looking for a Middle+ Game Manager to own the casino product: the game catalog, the lobby, provider relationships, and game performance.
Your goal is to make sure players always find the right games, so that the catalog drives GGR, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- 2โ3+ years of experience as a Game Manager / Casino Manager in iGaming.
- Strong knowledge of the provider market: Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Spribe, PG Soft, Play'n GO, Hacksaw, NetEnt/Red Tiger, Playtech, and others, as well as aggregators (SoftSwiss, Slotegrator, Hub88, etc.).
- Understanding of game mechanics and key metrics: RTP, volatility, hit rate, max win, bonus buy, and jackpots.
- Experience managing a lobby and merchandising games, with measurable impact on metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Good understanding of casino player preferences and behavior.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Responsibilities
Game Catalog & Lobby
- Own the game catalog: add new games, update and remove existing ones, and keep metadata accurate (provider, RTP, volatility, features, tags).
- Build and maintain the lobby structure: categories, collections, sorting, "New", "Popular", "Jackpots", "Live Casino", "Crash Games", and more.
- Merchandise the lobby through banners, game positioning, and seasonal collections tailored to player preferences.
- Plan new game releases and coordinate them with the CRM and Design teams.
Providers & Aggregators
- Manage relationships with game providers and aggregators, including onboarding, negotiations, exclusive releases, and promotional tools.
- Run promotional mechanics provided by game studios: Drops & Wins, tournaments, free rounds, and network jackpots.
- Ensure that games in the catalog comply with licensing and geo-restriction requirements for each market.
- Monitor technical issues with games and handle escalations with providers.
Analytics
- Analyze game and provider performance: GGR, turnover, bet count, active players, average bet, actual vs. theoretical RTP, and share in the overall mix.
- Prepare regular reports and identify growth opportunities: underperforming games, catalog gaps, and emerging trends.
- Run A/B tests on lobby layouts and game placements.
- Track market trends and competitors' lobbies across LATAM.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with LATAM markets.
- Experience with an in-house platform rather than only white-label solutions.
- Experience setting up personalized lobbies and recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker).
- An established network of contacts among game providers and aggregators.
- Experience with live casino and sports-betting adjacent products.
Working Conditions
- Fully remote work with a flexible schedule.
- Direct influence on the product, with fast decision-making and minimal bureaucracy.
- Opportunity to shape the casino product from the ground up and grow with the team as we expand across LATAM.
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Performance reviews every 6 months.
