Senior Product Manager (AI and Healthcare)
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (AI and Healthcare)
About the Project:
A US-based healthcare technology company developing enterprise software solutions for clinical research and clinical trials. The role focuses on evolving existing B2B SaaS products, integrating AI capabilities, and delivering measurable value to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise healthcare products.
- Identify and validate customer needs through market research, stakeholder interviews, and product discovery.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics into existing products.
- Define AI-related product requirements, assess feasibility, prioritize use cases, and measure business impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, and business teams to deliver new capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead product discovery, prototyping, validation, and iterative improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback, product performance, and industry trends.
- Balance technical feasibility, commercial objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer value.
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and demonstrations to stakeholders and customers.
- Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to improving product management practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related software product role.
- 1+ year of experience in Healthcare Technology.
- 1+ year of experience in AI/ML Product Development.
- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, and delivery for complex software products.
- Experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics into product strategy and feature development.
- Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, feasibility assessment, and validation of AI-driven features.
- Experience developing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work closely with software engineers and data teams on technically complex initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- English B2+/C1.
- Availability to work until 5 PM EST.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with clinical trials, CROs, pharmaceutical technology, or clinical research software.
- Understanding of clinical operations, patient engagement, regulatory review, or clinical site management systems.
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and regulated or validated healthcare software environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered prototyping tools such as Claude.
- Experience delivering AI agents, LLM-powered features, or predictive analytics products.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
