Lead/Head of Design
Who we are:
We are looking for an experienced Lead/Head of Design to join our team and take ownership of the company's design direction, team management and key creative projects.
We need a strong hands-on leader who can build and develop a design team, establish efficient workflows, maintain high visual standards and personally execute complex design tasks. We value an AI-first mindset, a strong design background and the ability to turn business goals into impactful visual solutions.
What you have to do:
• Manage and develop the design team, distribute tasks and balance workloads based on team members' skills and priorities.
• Set priorities, define requirements and monitor deadlines, quality and overall performance.
• Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
• Mentor designers, support their professional growth and help improve the team's overall design capabilities.
• Define and develop the visual direction of the company and its products.
• Build brands and visual identities from scratch, including concepts, brandbooks and visual guidelines.
• Personally handle key and complex design tasks, maintaining a strong hands-on role in the creative process.
• Design landing pages, web interfaces, digital products, advertising creatives and other graphic materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, SMM, product, development and other teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the full design production cycle, from initial briefs and concepts to final deliverables.
• Build and maintain design systems, reusable assets and consistent visual standards.
• Implement AI tools and modern design workflows to improve efficiency, accelerate production and explore new creative possibilities.
• Continuously improve team processes, design quality and cross-functional collaboration.
What is important to us:
✔ 4+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
✔ 1–2+ years of experience managing or leading a design team.
✔ Previous experience as a Lead Designer, Design Team Lead or in a similar role.
✔ Strong hands-on design skills and the ability to combine leadership with individual execution.
✔ Confident Figma skills and experience with modern design tools.
✔ Proven experience in building brands and visual identities from scratch.
✔ Experience creating brandbooks, visual guidelines and design systems.
✔ Strong Graphic Design and Web/UI Design skills.
✔ Experience designing landing pages, web interfaces and digital products.
✔ Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, composition, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy.
✔ Ability to manage team workload, prioritize tasks and organize efficient design workflows.
✔ Strong leadership, communication and feedback skills, with the ability to mentor and develop designers.
✔ AI-first mindset and practical experience with Claude, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini or other AI tools.
✔ Ability to work independently, think systematically and take full ownership of the final result.
✔ Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
