We are a pioneering Web3 gaming platform and competitive environment built for the future of blockchain gaming.
We are looking for an exceptional UX Designer who employs an AI-centric approach to translate complex Web3 mechanics, crypto trading flows, and gamified campaigns into seamless, frictionless experiences.
The Role: As our Senior UX Designer, you will own the platform's end-to-end user experience. You will bridge the gap between competitive gaming, decentralized finance, and artificial intelligence. By leveraging an AI-first mindset, you will ensure that intricate processes—like secure crypto trading, wallet management, and token claiming—feel intuitive to both hardcore Web3 users and traditional gamers, while actively utilizing AI tools to optimize your design workflows and user research.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Centric Design Workflows: Actively utilize generative AI and advanced design automation tools to accelerate prototyping, generate UX copy, analyze user research, and streamline your daily workflows.
- End-to-End UX: Design intuitive, user-centric journeys for quest tracking, NFT lore card collection, and gaming passport management across the platform.
- Crypto & Trading Flows: Leverage your deep understanding of crypto trading to design frictionless interfaces for token transactions, reward claims, and in-app Web3 economics.
- Complex Problem Solving: Simplify complex blockchain interactions (wallet connections, gas fees, signing transactions) into elegant, user-friendly screens.
- Gamification & Engagement: Craft engaging interfaces for special crypto-gaming campaigns (e.g., academy-style onboarding, ecosystem-specific reward tracks) that drive player retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to implement front-end designs that support our robust anti-cheat architecture and seamless Web3 integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven UX Expertise: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong, portfolio-backed focus on web and application design.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience integrating AI into the design process (e.g., utilizing AI plugins in Figma, prompting LLMs for user journey mapping, or using generative AI for rapid ideation and asset creation).
- Crypto Trading Experience: Extensive experience designing for crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, or Web3 wallets. You must deeply understand tokenomics, trading UX, and blockchain transaction flows.
- Web3 & Gaming Fluency: A solid understanding of Web3 gaming dynamics, NFTs, and play-and-earn ecosystems.
- User-Centric Mindset: Ability to advocate for the user, utilizing AI-assisted behavioral data analysis and research to inform design decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing UX for AI-driven features, such as smart agents, automated trading bots, or personalized content delivery.
- Previous experience designing anti-cheat interfaces or trust-and-safety dashboards for gaming communities.
- A passion for competitive gaming and an understanding of what drives player motivation and progression.
