Strong Middle+ Business Analyst for a Creator–Fan Social Platform

We are LenGreo, a full-cycle digital marketing and development agency building and scaling custom digital products for international clients. We’re looking for a Strong Middle+ Business Analyst to support the ongoing delivery, optimisation, and growth of a creator–fan web application.
 

The role will initially be part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position within the next 3 months, depending on project needs and mutual fit.
 

About the project

The project is a social-media-style web application focused on creator–fan interaction, similar to OnlyFans. Its core features include subscriptions, content feeds, engagement mechanics, and monetisation.
 

The platform is designed with a mobile-first mindset and is expected to evolve into a high-traffic, content-heavy ecosystem.

You will join an established, in-progress project and work closely with our Lead BA, developers, and designers to shape the product’s next milestones.
 

Role overview

Your main responsibility will be to translate business ideas and product vision into clear, structured requirements that the development team can understand, estimate, and implement.

The role will also include supporting project coordination and delivery. Experience with project management, Scrum facilitation, and presenting product demos to clients would be a strong advantage, with opportunities to take on more responsibility in these areas.
 

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and structure business and product requirements.
• Participate in discovery sessions, client discussions, and product workshops.
• Define user flows, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog creation, prioritisation, and refinement.
• Work closely with developers and designers to clarify requirements and resolve open questions.
• Maintain clear documentation that supports estimation and delivery.
• Help ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Support project coordination by tracking tasks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery progress.
• Help prepare client demos and communicate completed functionality, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable requirements.
   

Required experience and skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience working with Jira.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of how web applications and digital products are built.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English (B2+), with confidence discussing requirements with international clients.
• Fluent or native Ukrainian.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
   

Experience that will be a strong advantage

• Experience with social media platforms, creator tools, subscription products, or content-driven applications, especially creator–fan platforms similar to OnlyFans.
• Understanding of subscriptions, payments, access permissions, content moderation, and monetisation flows.
• Project management experience, including coordinating teams, managing priorities, and tracking delivery.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies or supporting Agile delivery.
• Experience preparing and leading client demos, presenting product functionality, and collecting feedback.
• Understanding of user behaviour in consumer-facing or mobile-first products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across development, design, and marketing.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, Miro, Figma, or similar tools.|
