Full-Stack Developer (Web3 / Blockchain)

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with extensive blockchain experience who can work across the entire application stack, from modern frontend interfaces and backend services to smart contract integrations and on-chain data processing.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack Web3 applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and related tools.
Design and implement backend APIs, business logic, database schemas, and asynchronous processing systems.
Integrate Solidity smart contracts with frontend applications and backend services.
Implement wallet connectivity, transaction signing, blockchain event listeners, and on-chain data indexing.
Work with EVM-compatible networks, token standards, and DeFi protocols.
Collaborate on smart contract development, testing, deployment, and integration when required.
Optimize application performance, transaction workflows, API response times, and database queries.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and Web3-specific security practices.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, and production deployments.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and reliability across the entire technology stack.

Required Qualifications
Strong professional experience as a full-stack developer, with substantial hands-on blockchain and Web3 development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Solid backend development experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express or Fastify.
Experience designing REST APIs, working with relational databases, and building scalable backend services.
Practical experience integrating Solidity smart contracts into full-stack applications.
Strong understanding of Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, transaction lifecycles, wallets, and token standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-721.
Experience with libraries and tools such as viem, ethers.js, wagmi, Foundry, or Hardhat.
Understanding of smart contract security, blockchain transaction failures, gas fees, and event-driven architecture.
Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and production deployment workflows.
Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues across frontend, backend, and blockchain layers.

Nice to Have
Experience building DeFi applications, decentralized exchanges, liquidity pools, staking systems, or lending protocols.
Experience with smart contract development and deployment using Solidity.
Familiarity with blockchain indexing solutions, subgraphs, or custom event-processing pipelines.
Experience with Layer 2 networks, cross-chain integrations, and bridges.
Knowledge of Redis, WebSockets, message queues, and other technologies for high-concurrency applications.
Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, and blockchain RPC providers.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or successful participation in Web3 hackathons.
