Technical Recruiter – IT Hiring (Remote)

About the Role:

Bluegeko is building a large international platform for professional discovery and hiring.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us identify, engage and recruit talented professionals across engineering, data, design and business operations.

You will work closely with hiring managers to manage recruitment processes, build candidate pipelines and support the growth of our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and business roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms and job boards.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment activity, candidate progress and hiring results.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, including software development, QA, DevOps and data engineering.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to screen CVs and conduct professional candidate interviews.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work US Eastern business hours.

• Experience recruiting for international companies.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SaaS companies or technology startups.
