Senior Platform Engineer
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Platform Engineer to join our growing engineering team.

โ Integrate Backstage capabilities, build custom plugins, and create automated workflows using TypeScript/Node.js to streamline internal processes.
โ Build reusable CI/CD pipelines, shared libraries, and SDKs while seamlessly integrating platform services with Kubernetes and existing core infrastructure.
โ Act as the technical owner for your platform domain โ meeting with internal stakeholders (traders, engineers, business API teams) to gather requirements, clarify trade-offs, and align technical direction.
Requirements:
โ Proven production experience in backend development, APIs, containers, and modern software engineering practices.
โ Hands-on experience with Go as your main programming language (or a strong willingness and capability to write high-quality Go code daily).
โ Good understanding of Kubernetes, modern platform design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native ecosystems.
โ Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous problem or high-level idea, gather requirements from stakeholders, design the system architecture, and deliver a production-ready solution independently.
โ Deep understanding of code quality, architecture trade-offs, design patterns, and debugging complex distributed systems.
