π Weβre looking for a Junior QA Engineer who wants to grow in product testing, understand how customers use the product, and contribute to its quality from the early stages.
Around 70β80% of the role will focus on QA, while 20β30% will involve onboarding and supporting pilot customers.

Responsibilities
Product QA 70β80%
- Perform manual testing of new features and releases of the web application and, later, mobile application
- Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios
- Validate acceptance criteria before releases
- Identify edge cases, usability issues, and product inconsistencies
- Create clear bug reports in Jira
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
- Participate in sprint planning and product reviews
- Help improve QA processes and release quality
- Provide product and UX feedback from a user perspective
- Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and engineers
Pilot Onboarding and Support 20β30%
- Onboard pilot customers and explain the main product workflows
- Help customers set up their accounts and connect CRM integrations
- Coordinate the day-to-day progress of pilot projects
- Communicate with pilot users and collect feedback
- Identify, reproduce, and document customer-reported bugs
- Structure product requests and usability issues for the product team
- Track customer blockers and make sure they are resolved
- Help prepare onboarding materials, instructions, and FAQs
Requirements
- 8+ months of practical QA experience with real projects
- Understanding of manual testing and test design techniques
- Experience testing web applications
- Ability to create clear bug reports and test documentation
- Familiarity with Jira or a similar issue-tracking system
- Strong attention to detail and product curiosity
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to communicate with pilot customers
- Spoken and written English B2 or at least B1+ level
Nice to Have
- Experience testing SaaS or CRM products
- Experience communicating with customers or providing product support
- Experience with API testing using Postman
- Basic SQL knowledge
