Project Coordinator / Program Manager Offline

Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Program Manager (approximately 50-70% allocation) to coordinate multiple technical and delivery streams involved in building a new interactive streaming platform for a start-up entering the DACH market.

The role will be responsible for ensuring alignment and collaboration across the Application Development team, the Akamai-based Content Delivery

Network (CDN) stream, and the infrastructure stream. The candidate will act as the central coordination point between stakeholders,

technical teams, and delivery organizations, driving planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, and overall program execution.

Main Tasks

• Coordinate and manage the overall project across multiple workstreams.
• Drive planning, tracking, risk management, and dependency management between teams.
• Organize and facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation activities.
• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, delivery teams, and management.
• Application Development Team responsible for platform development.
• Content Delivery Network (CDN) Stream based on Akamai.
• Providing the underlying cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Support decision-making and escalation management across all participating teams.
