IT Operations Engineer

We are a parent company developing two AI-powered platforms in Fintech focused on business budgeting, financial management, payments, and financial infrastructure.

We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to manage our internal IT systems, support employees, and improve the reliability and efficiency of our technology operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily IT operations and provide technical support to employees.
• Set up and maintain employee devices, software, and accounts.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and system access.
• Manage Microsoft 365, internal tools, and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT equipment, licenses, and asset records.
• Improve and automate internal IT processes.

Must Have

• 2+ years of IT support, systems administration, or IT operations experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong understanding of networking (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and user access management.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• AWS, Azure, or other cloud platform experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• PowerShell, Bash, or IT automation experience.
• Knowledge of IT security, device management, and access controls.
