We’re looking for a mid-level Business Analyst to help design custom business systems and automate processes, using AI coding agents to prototype and build solutions
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Gather requirements and translate them into workflows, concepts and tasks
- Build solutions using AI coding agents
- Work with clients, stakeholders and developers to deliver solutions that meet business needs
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis and solution design
- 6+ months of hands-on agentic coding experience with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and the software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- English B2 or above
