Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify and clarify business needs.
  • Analyze and document business processes, rules, roles, permissions, statuses, and edge cases.
  • Create user stories, use cases, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Build process diagrams using BPMN, flowcharts, and state diagrams.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and work with Figma designs.
  • Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, timelines, and budget together with the PM.
  • Clarify requirements and business logic for designers and developers throughout the development process.
  • Validate implemented functionality against documented requirements and participate in acceptance testing.
     

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in software development, preferably with B2B products such as ERP, CRM, LMS, or SaaS.
  • Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills.
  • Practical experience with user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with BPMN/UML, Miro or similar tools, Figma, and ClickUp.
  • Understanding of web development basics: frontend/backend, APIs, roles and permissions, and basic data structures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ukrainian: fluent, both written and spoken.
  • English: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience in EdTech or LMS products.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Understanding of multi-tenancy, roles, permissions, and feature configuration.
  • Experience with UX analysis or Customer Journey Mapping.
