Project Manager (Interior Design)

LeQB Architects is a team of professionals specializing in interior design and architecture since 2013. Over the years, we have successfully completed more than 300 projects in various countries. Our work spans Ukraine, Latvia, England, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other countries in the Middle East.

We work on a wide range of projects, from restaurants and private residences to large-scale commercial and multi-story buildings.
 

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Supervision Department and oversee the coordination and implementation of interior design and architectural projects.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of implementation.
• Planning implementation activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring their completion and deadlines.
• Coordinating suppliers, contractors, designers, architects  and other project participants.
• Organizing communication between the team and clients, including online meetings in English.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring that agreed decisions are implemented on time.
• Coordinating design changes and ensuring that all relevant team members are informed.
• Identifying priorities and potential issues, following up on open tasks, and keeping projects moving forward.

Our requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, fit-out, or procurement/project coordination.
• English at B2 level or higher, with confidence in speaking and conducting online meetings.
• Experience managing 5–20 projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in task management, follow-up, and deadline control.
• Good understanding of the interior design process and its implementation stages.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, specifications, procurement, and project budgets/estimates.
• Experience with 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Revit, or AutoCAD will be an advantage.
