Our client is working in the conversational AI industry, focusing on AI role-play for sales training and coaching. This is a fast-growing and innovative field. The platform allows users (mainly salespeople) to practice real-life conversations and challenging scenarios with an AI that can act as different personas.
After each session, the AI provides feedback and analysis, such as how clearly the user spoke, whether they smiled, and if they mentioned key product features.
Key Requirements:
🔹4+ years of product design / UX experience in a product company;
🔹Portfolio with real B2B product work: SaaS platforms, dashboards, complex web interfaces;
🔹Figma at a professional level (components, auto-layout, variables, structured files ready for development handoff);
🔹Experience working with a design system (using it day-to-day; building one is a strong plus);
🔹UX thinking, not just visual craft - experience talking to customers or stakeholders and translating their needs into product decisions
🔹AI-native workflow: AI is something you already use naturally in design work: generating and comparing options, research, exploring flows. Familiarity with tools like Claude / Claude Code, Codex, Figma MCP or equivalent;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will be plus:
🔹 Experience building a design system from scratch;
🔹Experience in a startup or fast-growing product environment;
🔹Experience supporting more than one squad / product area;
🔹Prior experience in a remote / distributed team.
What you will do:
🔹Own end-to-end UX for the features of one product squad: from problem framing to final Figma handoff;
🔹Turn customer needs and business problems into clear, buildable interface solutions;
🔹Design B2B product interfaces: dashboards, data-heavy screens, workflows, admin and configuration flows;
🔹Deliver in Figma - you can start in any tool, but the final delivery is always a complete, detailed Figma file;
🔹Work within (and help evolve) the company design system;
🔹Take part in discovery: customer calls, understanding user flows, validating solutions;
🔹Present several solution options for every problem and iterate fast on feedback;
🔹Use AI tooling as a normal part of your daily workflow to move faster and explore more options.
