Delivery Manager Offline
An international product IT company developing scalable high-load platforms is looking for a Delivery Manager to join the team.
Due to dynamic business growth and department expansion, they are scaling the delivery management structure and searching for an additional Delivery Manager to own delivery strategy, streamline engineering processes, and lead cross-functional delivery units.
Role Impact & Team
- Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Scope: Managing cross-functional teams of 70–100 specialists (Product, BA, Tech/Engineering teams) with further expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- SDLC & Engineering Standards: Drive SDLC efficiency, control quality, optimize workflows, and manage change initiatives across high-load product pipelines.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary escalation point for delivery roadmaps, release schedules, scope adjustments, and operational issues.
- Service Desk & Product Delivery: Oversee product delivery quality and budgets; enhance Service Desk operations (root cause analysis, defect resolution speed).
- Talent & Resource Management: Capacity planning, resource allocation, and full lifecycle management of PM talent (hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, mentorship).
Analytics & Operational Governance: Conduct cost and performance analytics across engineering; partner with Security leadership to maintain compliance standards without disrupting delivery velocity.
Main Challenges
- Streamline onboarding processes and team structures to support ongoing company scaling.
- Audit and optimize SDLC, BA, and design functions for higher speed and delivery quality.
- Implement a results-oriented, performance-driven culture guided by clear KPIs.
Enhance Service Desk and Security unit operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery, Program, Project, or Product Operations management within product-based high-load IT companies.
- Proven track record of leading large cross-functional technology teams (Engineering, QA, Product, BA, Security) at scale.
- Strong business mindset with a proven ability to connect engineering execution directly with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC, CI/CD, and practical experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and optimize delivery.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for international collaboration).
