Project Manager (in the crypto or fintech industry)

We are SAG7 Ventures, a Private Equity Investment Office with a portfolio of around 20 projects in AI, Social Discovery, Traffic, iGaming and FinTech.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The role focuses on our P2P crypto counterparty business. 🚀

What you will do:

• Coordinate multiple parallel projects and tasks, keeping track of deadlines and next steps.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the payment infrastructure and processes with payment providers.
• Reconcile payments and prepare reports on volumes and liquidity.
• Handle first-line communication and maintain relationships with payment providers (EMI/PSP).
• Source and collect proposals from new payment providers, run a first assessment of terms and prepare structured solution options.
• Research new exchanges and currencies, carry out initial due diligence and prepare conclusions.

• Support KYB/AML processes in cooperation with payment providers and crypto exchanges.

   

What we are looking for:

• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Hands-on experience working with payment providers (EMI/PSP) or crypto exchanges.
• Project management experience and the ability to independently run several tasks and projects at once.
• Understanding of how the P2P crypto business works.
• Understanding of KYB/AML processes.
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with Jira or similar task management tools.
• Basic understanding of crypto regulation and willingness to deepen your expertise on the job.

• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.

   

Nice to have:

• Based in Prague. We prioritize candidates in Prague, but we are open to considering strong candidates from other locations.
• Experience in the P2P segment of crypto exchanges.
• Involvement in a licensing process or in obtaining crypto status in any jurisdiction.
• Experience with LATAM, African or Asian markets.
• Experience with high-risk industries and related compliance processes.

• Experience scaling payment infrastructure to new geographies, exchanges or currencies.
