Trainee AI/ML Engineer

Join our AI Lab as a Trainee AI/ML Engineer and build practical experience developing AI-powered applications with Python, Large Language Models, and AI agents. You will learn from experienced engineers through structured mentorship, contribute to internal and client-facing initiatives, and strengthen your skills through research, experimentation, and hands-on development.
 

Required for this role

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science concepts
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
• Strong motivation to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset
   

Your responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to the development of AI-powered applications with guidance from experienced engineers
• Support the implementation of solutions using Large Language Models, AI agents, and related technologies
• Assist with prompt engineering, testing, and evaluation of AI solutions
• Prepare, clean, and analyze data for AI and Machine Learning projects
• Develop and maintain Python scripts and tools that support AI workflows
• Participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping of new AI capabilities
• Collaborate with team members on internal and client-facing AI initiatives
• Follow emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices, and share findings with the AI Lab team
