Reputation Manager

We are Proxy-Seller, a European product IT company providing proxy services for automation, parsing, marketing, and cybersecurity.

We're looking for a Community & Reputation Manager who can protect and grow our brand presence across review platforms, forums, and social communities.
 

What you'll be responsible for:

• Monitoring review platforms (Trustpilot, G2, etc.), handling negative feedback, and working to improve the brand's rating.
• Creating and publishing content on Reddit, forums, social media, and Discord according to the content plan.
• Keeping forum threads active, handling user requests daily, and running promo code and bonus campaigns.
• Tracking brand mentions, identifying potential clients and partners, and passing leads to the Sales and Affiliate teams.
• Coordinating with internal teams on content requests and escalations.
• Creating and maintaining corporate and supportive accounts on forums and social media.
   

We're a strong match if you:

• Have 1+ year of experience in community management, SMM, or reputation management, ideally in a tech or B2B product.
• Have hands-on experience with Reddit: account creation, karma farming, posting, and commenting.
• Have worked with review platforms, forums, Discord, and social listening tools.
• Have a diplomatic communication style and know how to handle conflict without escalating it.
• Are self-organized, proactive - you don't wait to be told when something needs attention.
• Written B2 level of English.
   

It would be a plus if you:

• Have an understanding of proxies and anti-detect browsers.
