Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst to contribute to international software development projects and deliver digital solutions for global enterprise clients. 

Our customer is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services. 
The diverse expertise extends across FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and more. 

Responsibilities: 

• Developing pre-sale content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories focusing on substance and messaging (visual design handled by a dedicated team). 
• Conducting thorough market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities relevant to potential clients. 
• Translating research outcomes into well-structured, professional documents and presentation materials. 
• Occasionally presenting pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at the C-level, effectively communicating complex insights and value propositions. 
• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of messaging and solution positioning. 

Must-haves:  

• Experience in Business Analysis for 4+ years. 
• Experience in presales activities. 
• Strong understanding of the presales process and preparation. 
• Experience in preparing expert content, overview materials, presentations, and analytical reports. 
• Ability to clearly structure complex information. 
• Ability to articulate the value of a solution from the customer’s perspective. 
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and subject areas. 
• Experience with BPMN and UML. 
• Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate+ and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience in documenting completed projects. 
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams. 
• Experience working across multiple industries and handling different types of requests. 
• International professional certificates (PSPO, PSM, etc.).
