UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong visual skills and a thoughtful approach to digital experiences to join our team on a project basis. We work on websites, applications, and other digital products, combining clear user flows with polished, consistent visuals.

We’re starting with project-based collaboration, with the possibility of ongoing work as new projects come in.
 

Skills and experience we’re looking for

• A strong portfolio of websites and digital interfaces that demonstrates both visual quality and considered UX decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, reusable components, variants, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
• A solid understanding of user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and usability.
• Strong typography, composition, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces across desktop and mobile, with attention to accessibility and interaction states.
• The ability to translate business goals and incomplete requirements into clear, practical design solutions.
• Experience working within an existing brand identity, extending its visual language, and maintaining consistency across interfaces and supporting graphics.
• Practical experience with AI image-generation tools, including writing and refining prompts, using references, and maintaining visual consistency across multiple images.
• Good judgment when evaluating AI-generated content and the ability to refine it into polished, usable assets.
• Experience preparing designs for development, including organized files, clear specifications, assets, and responsive behavior.

We value someone who can work independently, ask useful questions, and explain the reasoning behind their design choices. You should be comfortable exploring different directions, responding to feedback, and collaborating directly with developers and project managers.

Attention to detail matters, along with the ability to balance visual ambition with the project’s goals, timeline, and technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience in graphic design, branding, or art direction.
• Experience creating illustrations or marketing visuals for websites and social media.
• Familiarity with motion design and microinteractions.
• Experience building reusable AI workflows, prompt libraries, or Custom GPT configurations.
• English proficiency sufficient to understand briefs and present design decisions.
