Outbound Caller — US Market (English + Russian/Ukrainian)

CGS Team helps US clinics and law firms show up when their clients ask ChatGPT or Google AI who to go to. We need someone to call these businesses, get past the front desk and book meetings for our team.
 

What you'll do
- Cold-call US clinics and law firms from our lead lists
- Get past the receptionist to the doctor or owner: their email, a callback slot or a meeting
- Log every call in the CRM
- Review your calls with the CEO daily during your first weeks

Who we're looking for
- Spoken English you're comfortable using with Americans on the phone. An accent is fine, freezing up isn't
- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian: the team works in these languages every day
- You don't give up after the first "no"
- Cold-calling experience is a plus, not a must. We'll train you

Terms
- Mon–Fri, 16:00–21:00 Kyiv time (US morning)
- Fixed monthly pay + a bonus for every meeting that takes place
- Remote, contractor (ФОП or equivalent)
- First month is a ramp period with daily feedback
 

How to apply
Record 2 voice messages in English:
1. You're calling a plastic surgery clinic in Miami. The receptionist picks up. Your goal: get the doctor's email or a time to call back. Record your first 60 seconds.
2. The receptionist says: "We're not interested, thanks." Record what you say next.
 

Upload them to Google Drive (or any file link) and paste the link in your cover letter. Applications without recordings won't be reviewed.
