Creative Designer (AI-Powered Ad Creatives)

The role
We're looking for a fast, detail-oriented designer to join us part-time and produce static ad creatives for our clients.

• Schedule: part-time, 4 hours/day
• Format: remote
• Room to grow. If your creatives are high-quality and fast, you can move to a full-time role.
• We'll share our expertise. We'll teach you our own approach to generating AI static ads.

What you'll do

• Design static banners for Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Create AI-generated creatives: we give you a source image of a product, and you generate it from different angles, in new scenes and settings, and in different variations
• Add text to images: headlines, offers, CTAs and other ad copy, with clean typography that's easy to read
• Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms, formats and resolutions

What we're looking for

• Confident skills in Figma, Canva or similar online design tools. Photoshop is a plus.
• The ability to adapt to how AI is changing creative work, ideally with your own stack of tools for fast creative generation
• English at B1 or higher
• A portfolio is required. Applications without one won't be considered.
• Big plus
  Experience with Claude Design, Google Flow (Nano Banana), Canva AI or Higgsfield. We provide access to all the tools you'll need.

About speed
The days of spending 4 hours on one creative are over. Our team now produces an ad creative in 10–30 minutes, depending on complexity. We need someone who can work at this pace, or who is ready to get there quickly.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a test task so we can see your speed, quality and approach in action.
