Interview Stages:
1) HR Interview — up to 40 minutes;
2) Technical Interview — up to 1 hour.
If you possess the following experience and skills, you would be an excellent fit for our team:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management within software development teams;
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, including gathering, clarifying, documenting, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ people and coordinating collaboration across different functions;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks, resources, and deadlines;
- Advanced English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban;
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development processes;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues;
- Ability to balance process, quality, and business results, maintaining a pragmatic and results-oriented approach;
- Experience in people management, including goal setting, performance feedback, professional development, and team motivation;
- Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting teams through organizational or project changes;
- Good understanding of risk management, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring;
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and introduce effective solutions to project and team challenges;
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and SharePoint would be a plus.
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks within your workflow:
- Plan, organize, lead, and motivate the team to achieve objectives and ensure effective project delivery;
- Perform day-to-day operational activities, including planning releases and sprints additionally, fulfill the role of Scrum Master for the team;
- Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders, providing high-level reports on client perspectives, team dynamics, and business development;
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charter, project plans, business timelines, RAG reports, risk registers, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials;
- Conduct proactive risk management activities to anticipate and address potential issues;
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members;
- Gather, analyze and manage project requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations;
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals;
- Participate in project estimation on presale stages;
- Work with the customer to prepare and approve future scope in advance of prior ongoing phase ends;
- Performance review for the team members;
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members, providing constructive feedback in performance reviews;
- Build and maintain positive relationships among team members and foster connections between the team and stakeholders. Monitor and enhance team happiness and engagement, implementing strategies to improve the overall team experience.
