Brand & Marketing Designer

We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to drive that visual output day to day. The core of the role is production: banner packs and creative sets built from briefs, social media visuals, and presentations. Alongside that, you'll create key visuals for campaigns, keep our brand system consistent, and occasionally take materials all the way to print.

Figma is our primary tool. AI tools are part of the daily process, not an experiment. We expect you to watch what's working in the market and bring those ideas back into our work.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in digital design or graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma; confident working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator or InDesign).
- Experience working with brand identity and adapting it across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual styling.
- Skills in collage-making, retouching, and post-processing.
- Hands-on experience with print production: print-ready layouts and prepress - CMYK workflow, bleeds, crop marks, and compliance with printer-supplied technical specs.
- Experience using AI tools in the design process.
- Portfolio demonstrating a brand system you built or evolved yourself.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to explore and test new formats, tools, and design approaches.

Responsibilities:

- Produce banner packs and creative sets based on briefs and provided materials - multiple sizes and formats per campaign.
- Design banners and visual content for social media channels.
- Create and design presentations for marketing, sales, and partner-facing use.
- Create key visuals and adapt them across formats for ad campaigns and marketing projects.
- Research market and competitor creatives, build a reference and benchmark library, and turn those findings into concrete improvements to our visual output.
- Track current design trends and adjacent industries; propose new formats and approaches based on what works in the market.
- Apply and maintain the company's brand identity across all materials (logos, color schemes, typography, guidelines); help evolve the visual system over time.
- Design printed materials - cards, physical banners, event and promo collateral - and prepare print-ready files, coordinating technical requirements with print vendors.
- Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, idea generation, and design process optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure consistent visual communication.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with large-format printing (exhibition stands, banners, event materials).
- Background in iGaming, betting, or gaming.
- Motion design basics (After Effects, Rive) for animated banners and social formats.
- 3D visualization (Blender, Spline) for product and promo visuals.
- Experience preparing materials for international conferences and trade shows.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
