INFOBUS is an international technology company developing a marketplace and distribution network for the sale and booking of passenger transport tickets.
We own and develop a SaaS solution for carriers that enables them to automate sales, manage routes and tariffs, and streamline interactions with partners.
Our operations cover Ukraine, Moldova, the European Union, and other markets. We operate across both the B2C segment (ticket sales to end customers) and the B2B segment (carriers, agents, affiliates, etc.).

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support for the company’s operations in Ukraine and contribute to legal matters within our international corporate structure.
The role involves independently handling contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters, working closely with management, cross-functional teams, and external legal advisors, and ensuring consistent legal support for the company’s operational and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal support for the company’s operations within its international corporate structure
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with counterparties in Ukrainian and English
• Providing legal support for the development, implementation, and commercialization of the SaaS product
• Participating in structural and partnership projects, including localization of legal documents, negotiation of cooperation terms, and execution of agreements with partners
• Adapting contractual documentation and policies to the requirements of specific jurisdictions
• Handling matters related to intellectual property, personal data processing, Terms of Use, NDAs, public offers, and privacy policies
• Representing and protecting the company’s interests in contractual disputes; preparing legal positions and participating in claims management and dispute resolution
• Supporting the company’s contractual and operational activities in cooperation with local legal advisors
• Managing relationships with external legal advisors and overseeing the legal quality, compliance, and accuracy of their documents and advice

• Practical experience in contract law, corporate law, and IT law
• Experience managing a complex contractual framework within a technology company
• Experience supporting SaaS business models, including legal analysis of licensing models and development of user-facing and legal documentation
• Experience localizing legal solutions and structuring partnership relationships
• Experience preparing legal opinions on the compliance of business models with the legislation of different jurisdictions
• Experience developing internal policies related to personal data protection, intellectual property, and compliance
• Experience resolving contractual disputes, including preparing the company’s legal position, handling claims, and participating in out-of-court proceedings
• Experience communicating with legal advisors in foreign jurisdictions and assessing their advice

•  Higher legal education
•  At least 5 years of experience in international and corporate law
•  Practical experience drafting contracts, policies, and user agreements in Ukrainian and English
•  Ability to independently manage projects, make decisions, and take responsibility for the legal quality of work
•  Ability to adapt legal solutions to specific business needs
•  Fluent Ukrainian and English, with strong legal writing skills in both languages
•  Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to make well-grounded legal decisions

•  Experience providing legal support to technology companies
•  Experience working with SaaS business models
•  Knowledge of regulations governing digital services, personal data, and intellectual property
•  Experience with investment projects, M&A, and international employment law
