Senior HRBP

The full production cycle IT company Nabuto specializes in the development of software products and services in the field of information technology. We operate in the FinTech and trading domain, running a data-intensive platform that processes millions of real-time events.

We are looking for a Senior HRBP to join our rapidly growing start-up ecosystem.

Ideally, the candidate should be based in Cyprus .

Responsibilities

• Organisational design and recruitment planning.
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle: from pre-onboarding and induction to offboarding.
• Managing employee performance, development, engagement, and retention.
• HR partnership with managers and support for key people-related decisions.
• Implementation of HR strategy, development of corporate culture, and internal communications.
• Coordination of HR operations, staff changes, leave, and relocation.
• Management and development of the HR team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or HRPP in big IT product company.
• Experience in developing and implementing onboarding and induction processes.
• Performance management (Performance Reviews).
• HR project management.
• Developing initiatives to engage and retain staff (Engagement & Retention).
• Consultancy skills (supporting managers, team development, conflict resolution).
• Employment law and HR administration procedures.
• Fundamentals of recruitment and interviewing.
• Internal communications and change management.
• Organisational development.

• Basic analysis of compensation and benefits.
