Senior Software Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to join our team building an AI-based platform that modernizes legacy systems. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a strong engineer who wants to work at the cutting edge of AI-enabled software development - designing, building, and scaling robust, high-performance solutions alongside a talented cross-functional team.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy innovative, scalable AI-enabled software solutions, primarily using Python, React, LLMs, and related modern frameworks
- Collaborate proactively within your team and across departments, aligned with US Eastern working hours
- Intelligently leverage modern AI-enabled coding tools (e.g., Cursor) to build better software, faster
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help establish engineering best practices
- Keep learning and stay on top of the latest AI developments, applying them to make the previously impossible possible for our customers
What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building, iterating on, and scaling web-based applications
- A strong drive to deliver valuable new capabilities every sprint, while helping build a stronger, continuously improving team
- Excellent, proactive communication and collaboration skills in English
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
- Fast, proactive learning ability - especially critical in the rapidly evolving AI space
