Business Analyst — AI Healthcare Project

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an AI-powered healthcare automation project.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and the technical team to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and translate business needs into clear requirements for developers and AI engineers.
Responsibilities
 

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
   
• Map and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.
   
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI automation.
   
• Prepare functional requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
   
• Work closely with developers, AI engineers, and project stakeholders throughout implementation.
   
• Analyze integrations and data flows between different systems.
   
• Support UAT and validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
   
• Help evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify gaps or edge cases.
   

Requirements
 

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst in software projects.
   
• Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
   
• Experience creating workflow/process diagrams and functional documentation.
   
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and JSON.
   
• Experience working directly with clients and technical teams.
   
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
   
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
   

Nice to Have
 

• Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech / Health IT / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
   
• Understanding of healthcare insurance or payer-related processes.
   
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, HIPAA, or healthcare integrations.
   
• Experience with AI/LLM products, AI agents, RAG, or workflow automation.
   
• Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare APIs.
   
• Experience with UAT and formal requirements documentation (SRS/BRD).
   

We are primarily looking for a strong Business Analyst who is comfortable working with complex business processes and technical integrations.
Healthcare and AI experience are a strong advantage, but we are also open to candidates from other domains who can quickly understand complex workflows and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
