Head of Analytics (Product)
π― Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Product Analytics to build and lead the analytical function across our White Label iGaming platform.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Data and Business, with a strong focus on turning data into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and enabling product teams to make better decisions.
You will own the analytical framework behind product performance: from defining the right metrics and building a clear understanding of user behaviour to identifying growth opportunities, validating hypotheses and measuring the real business impact of product initiatives.
The goal is to create a scalable product analytics function that helps teams understand what drives player value, where the biggest opportunities are, and which initiatives actually move the business.
βοΈ Your Tasks:
- Build and own the Product Analytics strategy across the White Label platform, aligning analytical priorities with product and business goals.
- Develop a comprehensive product metrics framework covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization and player lifecycle.
- Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards that provide a clear view of product performance across brands, GEOs, player segments and lifecycle stages.
- Identify and quantify growth opportunities across key product and player metrics, including PAU, FTD/RD, retention, engagement, Bets Count, Bet AVG, game performance, payments and monetization.
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, helping Product and other stakeholders understand the drivers behind performance rather than simply reporting what happened.
- Build a clear connection between product metrics and business outcomes, including GGR/NGR and other relevant commercial metrics.
- Establish a systematic approach to hypothesis validation, including experiment design, cohort analysis, A/B testing and causal analysis.
- Distinguish real product impact from external factors such as seasonality, player mix, RTP fluctuations, market dynamics and other confounding variables.
- Evaluate product initiatives and experiments based on incremental business impact, helping teams understand what works, why it works and where it can be scaled.
- Identify successful patterns across brands and GEOs and assess their potential for replication across the White Label ecosystem.
- Create a prioritised analytics and opportunity backlog, ensuring analytical resources are focused on the highest-impact business and product questions.
- Establish product performance tracking across actual results, forecasts, targets, key drivers and active initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product, CRM, Casino, Payments, Marketing, Operations and Data teams to turn insights into measurable product improvements.
- Build and develop the Product Analytics team, setting standards for analytical quality, methodology, prioritisation and stakeholder partnership.
- Establish a culture where analytics is used not only for reporting, but as a core part of product discovery, decision-making and continuous optimisation.
What success looks like
You will build a Product Analytics function that enables the business to consistently answer:
- What are the key drivers of product and player performance?
- Where are the biggest opportunities for growth?
- Which product initiatives have the highest potential impact?
- How much incremental business value can we expect from an initiative?
- Did the initiative actually create incremental impact?
- Why did the impact happen?
- Can the successful approach be replicated across other brands or GEOs?
- Where should Product, Engineering, CRM and other teams focus their efforts next?
The ultimate outcome is a repeatable analytical growth loop:
Business Goal β Product Metric β Opportunity β Hypothesis β Experiment β Impact Measurement β Insight β Product Decision β Scale
