What you need for this role:

— 4+ years of experience working as a Senior Interface Designer.

— Strong portfolio with relevant digital product design examples.

— Proficient with all aspects of the Figma tool: design systems, auto-layouts, components, animations, plugins, etc. (as Figma remains the primary tool for interface design).

— Ability to set up and scale design systems according to the project needs.

— Excellent design taste, with the ability to bring polish and detail beyond baseline expectations.

— Strong knowledge of Android and iOS guidelines and trends, as well as native and cross-platform design patterns.

— Experience in designing both web and mobile apps.

— Experience with fintech, banking, or other enterprise-level products.

— Working knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows across the core stages of the design process.

— Basic understanding of code, with the ability to quickly validate ideas through live prototypes (a.k.a. vibe coding).

— Ability to identify interface "blind spots" and proactively propose strong design solutions and options, not just following existing requirements, but working effectively even when they don't exist.

— Be a self-starter and be self-motivated to perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

— Full ownership of and accountability for the results of your work.

— English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

— Nice to have: understanding of accessibility principles and standards (WCAG).
 

What you will do:

— Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques.

— Use your understanding of past and current business and market context to design and deliver high-quality product solutions.

— Stay on top of both visual/interface trends and domain-specific patterns and mechanics relevant to your projects, and bring that knowledge into your work.

— Translate strategic direction and UX prototypes into high-quality design solutions within established brand identity.

— Contribute to and help scale the team's design system.

— Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasible, implementation-ready handoff.

— Choose the right level of fidelity for each task (wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity design) based on what the project actually needs, rather than defaulting to one process.

— Generate strong, varied design concepts and confidently explore multiple directions before converging on solutions.

— Iterate on designs based on testing results and feedback loops.

— Present design decisions to stakeholders and clients, confidently arguing for your rationale.

— Dig into and clarify what the client or project genuinely needs, rather than taking requirements at face value.
