KOL and Creator Growth Manager (Telegram, YouTube, TikTok)

Yonik is a mobile play-and-earn app on Google Play. Players earn coins through mini-games, duels and tournaments. We have growing users and we got there without paid ads. Now we want to grow in Europe and Asia so we need someone who knows how to get creators talking about us.

What you will do

• Find and reach out to YouTubers, TikTokers and Telegram channel owners
• Explain Yonik to them and get them to promote it
• Bring them into our creator program and keep them active
• Track which creators bring real active users and share a short weekly report

Who we are looking for

• You have run influencer or KOL campaigns before, ideally for mobile games, tap-to-earn or Telegram apps
• You already have contacts with creators or channel owners
• You can show real results we can check
• Good English, and another language is a big plus
• You are self-driven and comfortable working remote

Pay
We start with a 3-month trial. After the 3 month trial the salary will go up to $1,500 to $2,500 based on discussion and if passing the performance review of the 3-month trial.

• $300 per month base
• Milestone bonuses for active users you bring in.
• Performance bonus for every creator who stays active and keeps bringing users.
