We are looking for a hands-on specialist who will build automations, write and test scripts, and create AI-powered interactive presentations — for SOFTPROM's vendor sales, training, marketing and internal needs (including HR). Later, this person will help our customers implement Pitch Avatar and the AI tools SOFTPROM distributes.

You will be trained by the Pitch Avatar team (content production, triggers, scenario logic) and work closely with our developers: they build agents and core code, you test it, write automation scripts around it and turn it into finished content and ready-to-use presentations for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Writing automation scripts (Python / JavaScript, Make, n8n) to batch-produce and update content — e.g. converting 30 PowerPoint decks into avatar presentations in 5 languages;
• Testing and QA of automations, agents and avatar scenarios before release; reporting bugs and verifying fixes;
• Creating slides and presentation decks in PowerPoint, Canva and with AI generation tools;
• Building interactive avatar presentations and scenarios in Pitch Avatar (Solution Advisor, Portfolio Presenter, HR Assistant, event invitation and follow-up avatars, Customer Support avatar);
• Setting up triggers, logic and integrations in scenarios;
• Designing project structure and writing instructions for scenarios; managers provide the content, you turn it into a working product;
• Creating catalogues of solutions by vendor, category, business problem and use case;
• Filling and maintaining SOFTPROM's internal Wiki LLM knowledge base;
• Supporting internal users and, later, customers in implementing Pitch Avatar and AI tools;
• Solving functional gaps first with LLM tools, then escalating to the development team when needed.

Requirements:

• Basic programming experience (Python, JavaScript or similar) — enough to write and debug scripts;
• QA experience — manual and/or automated testing;
• Strong PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Photoshop and Canva;
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image/video generation, etc.);
• Good algorithmic thinking — ability to plan which scenario is needed to reach a result;
• Very accurate and thorough, with a good sense of design;
• Proactive, ownership mindset: "I need this done most of all";
• English — B1 or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Make, n8n or similar automation platforms;
• Experience with APIs and LLM-based agents;
• Experience in IT distribution, cybersecurity or B2B software;
• Experience with video, voice-over or e-learning content.
