Senior Full-Stack Software Developer (Uniface, C#, AI)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer with strong experience in Uniface and C#/.NET to develop and modernize healthcare software.

You will work across Back-end, Front-end, and AI-assisted development, building new features, improving existing functionality, and contributing to the evolution of an established healthcare product. Front-end development will involve React or Angular, while AI tools and modern development approaches will be used to support analysis, development, and modernization.

CUSTOMER AND PROJECT

Our Customer is a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare sector, operating in 19 countries with more than 9,000 employees.

You will join an agile Scrum team developing software for medical information systems used by doctors and healthcare professionals.

The project focuses on the continuous development and modernization of an established healthcare platform. You will work with Uniface and C#/.NET alongside modern Front-end technologies and AI-powered development tools.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA specialists, architects, and other engineers to deliver reliable software and improve the product over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop new features using C#, .NET, and Uniface
• Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing functionality and software architecture
• Develop and maintain Front-end features using React or Angular
• Contribute to architectural improvements, including Microservices and Vertical Slice approaches
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code and AI agents to support code analysis, development, refactoring, and documentation
• Build or integrate AI-powered features and intelligent workflows where relevant
• Explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices, including agents, skills, workflows, and context engineering
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA specialists, architects, and other engineers
• Participate in an agile Scrum team and contribute to high-quality releases

• Document development and optimization activities using Jira and Confluence

   

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of commercial experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Uniface and C#
• Good knowledge of .NET / .NET Core
• Commercial experience with React or Angular
• Experience with software development under Windows
• Understanding of modern software architecture, such as Microservices or Vertical Slice Architecture
• Experience working in an agile/Scrum environment
• Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering
• Experience with Claude Code, AI agents, skills, workflows, AI pipelines, or context engineering is a strong plus
• Experience developing or integrating AI-powered features is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Good English communication skills
