- Compare PSP proposals and provide structured recommendations to support provider selection and integration decisions.
- Review technical documentation and assess integration requirements, payment flows, APIs, webhooks/callbacks, transaction statuses, deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
- Coordinate PSP integrations with providers and internal Product and Development teams, including testing and go-live support.
- Monitor PSP performance after launch, including turnover, conversion and approval rates, transaction costs, deposit/withdrawal performance, failures, and technical stability.
- Compare actual PSP performance with the initial business case and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare payment analysis, conclusions, and recommendations for the management team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with PSPs, payment systems, acquiring, payment operations, payment integrations, or payment analytics.
- Experience in iGaming is highly preferred.
- Practical understanding of online casino deposit and withdrawal flows.
- Experience with fiat payments; understanding of crypto payment flows will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payment gateways, APMs, settlements, reserves, chargebacks, refunds, and FX.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to build business cases and PSP cost/economics calculations.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to read and understand PSP technical documentation.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks/callbacks, transaction statuses, payment flows, and integration principles.
- Experience participating in PSP integrations, testing, or technical onboarding.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
