.NET Engineer (Microsoft Teams / Voice Platform)

We are looking for a .NET Engineer to join a long-term product project focused on voice communication and Microsoft Teams integrations.

The platform works with calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data. You’ll develop backend services and integrations connecting the product with the Microsoft Teams ecosystem.
 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# / .NET and ASP.NET Core
• Design and optimize backend components working with SQL databases
• Build and support Microsoft Teams integrations
• Work with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Graph Communications APIs
• Implement functionality related to calls, meetings, call records, recordings, participants, and communication data
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Troubleshoot production issues related to Teams and voice functionality
• Improve backend performance, stability, and scalability
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial C# / .NET development experience
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET fundamentals
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and backend development
• Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with relational databases
• Good understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and backend architecture
• Hands-on commercial experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Microsoft Graph Communications / Cloud Communications APIs, or strong theoretical knowledge of these APIs
• Understanding of APIs and concepts related to Teams calls, meetings, call records, recordings, participants, and communication data
• Ability to independently investigate and solve technical and production issues
• English: B2+
   

Will be a plus

• Hands-on commercial experience with Microsoft Graph Communications / Cloud Communications APIs
• Microsoft Teams compliance recording or call-recording solutions
• Experience with VoIP, telephony, UCaaS/CCaaS, or contact center platforms
• Real-time audio/media processing experience
• Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, or RTP
• Experience with SignalR / WebSockets
• Strong experience with Azure
