Requirements:
 

• Ability to work with large volumes of unstructured information and extract signal quickly.
• Comfort with ambiguity; many projects may have limited public information.
• High attention to detail, including whitepapers, vesting schedules, token allocation, team backgrounds, and project documentation.
• Self-directed work style with minimal hand-holding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, crypto/Web3 markets, tokenomics, and related investment risks.
• Strong interest in AI tools and automation, including LLMs, AI agents, data enrichment, and workflow automation.
• Ability to design workflows that reduce manual research and increase analytical throughput.

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

   

Would be a plus:
 

• Prior experience at a crypto VC, hedge fund, research firm, investment team, M&A, or corporate development.
• Familiarity with legal structures common in crypto and MiCA.
• Experience building financial models, including Three-Statement Models, DCF, or scenario analysis.
• Experience developing scoring or valuation models/frameworks.
• Active awareness of current crypto market narratives.

• Experience with on-chain analytics tools, crypto data platforms, dashboards, or APIs.

   

Responsibilities:

CURRENT PRIMARY PRIORITY - BUILDER PROGRAM:
 

• Work with the Builder Program project pipeline and analyze incoming projects.
• Ensure assigned projects are processed within the established SLA.
• Conduct initial project evaluation, project analysis, and required due diligence.
• Identify key risks, red flags, strengths, weaknesses, and key arguments required for internal decision-making.
• Maintain analytical quality as project intake and pipeline volume increase.

• Contribute to improving pipeline throughput and analytical processes.

   

GENERAL INVESTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Evaluate deal flow and prepare project analyses and investment memos for internal investment decisions.
• Build and maintain scoring models covering team, tokenomics, traction, competitive positioning, valuation, and risks.
• Conduct deep-dive due diligence across technology, market, team, tokenomics, legal structure, financials, on-chain metrics, and competitive landscape.
• Produce market research, including TAM/SAM/SOM, competitor analysis, and regulatory landscape research.
• Track sector trends across DeFi, L1/L2 infrastructure, RWA, crypto-native fintech, and other relevant Web3 sectors.
• Monitor market trends, news, narratives, and events impacting investment opportunities.
• Source relevant projects and contacts through ecosystem mapping and network intelligence.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for project analysis and due diligence.
• Automate data collection, screening, and initial project evaluation.

• Use AI tools to improve research speed, pipeline throughput, and decision-making quality.
