Junior Sales Manager

We are developing our direction - focusing on partnerships with agents in Tier-3 regions - and are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to handle the sourcing, onboarding, and management of new agents. 

This role is ideal for someone looking to enter the iGaming industry from scratch; we will provide training on the specifics, while expecting drive, proactivity, and a readiness to sell. You will work within the team, collaborating closely with the division head as well as the finance, security, creative, and affiliate teams. 

What you will do

• Sourcing and recruiting new agents in target regions via Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other channels
• Onboarding agents and supporting their launch on the platform
• Managing an assigned pool of agents: activation, retention, and network development
• Handling objections and selling company projects to agents
• Assisting agents with the MobCash payment app (access, account blocks, credential management)
• Participating in monthly reporting and department audits alongside the finance and security teams

What we are looking for

• 0,5 years of experience as an Affiliate/Sales Manager in iGaming
• Strong communication and sales skills: ability to persuade and handle objections
• Proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset
• Fluent Russian and Intermediate English 
• Motivation to learn and grow in the industry 

As a plus:

Knowledge of an additional language (French, Portuguese, etc.)
