Why this role exists: 

Our brand designer has been pulled onto a client project. Marketing cannot pause, so we are bringing in a Marketing Designer on a project basis to keep production running — creatives, illustrations, presentations, landing pages, brand materials.

We’re being transparent about this because it directly shapes the scope and nature of the role.
 

What the role looks like:

A hands-on production role within an established system. The brand book, marketing design system, component library, and templates are already built and documented. You are not redefining the visual language — you are applying it consistently, accurately and fast across channels.

We’re looking for someone who can step into an existing framework, work independently, and get things shipped.

What you will do:
 

— Ad creatives and social visuals. Across formats, audiences and message variations. Iterating on feedback and on what performs.
— Illustrations and visual concepts. Turning a written message into something that holds attention in a feed and still looks like us.
— Presentations and sales materials. Decks a client reads before a meeting and forwards internally afterwards.
— Landing and marketing pages. Layout in Figma, then build the page yourself using AI-assisted tools inside our existing components and templates.
— Brand materials within the guidelines. Event assets, one-pagers, document templates, recurring formats.

What we are looking for:
 

— 2–4 years in marketing design. 
— Portfolio evidence of working inside a brand system. 
— Illustration ability. 
— Comfort with AI-assisted production tools.
— English from Intermediate. Briefs, references and most of the output are in English.
— Speed on revisions. Volume is real and feedback cycles are short.

Nice to have:

— Fintech, banking or B2B experience.
— Motion and animated creatives.
— Executive-level deck design.
