Project Manager with German

We are looking for a Project Manager with German to join our team and work on a technically complex and innovative product with integration activities.

About the role

• Manage a technically complex and innovative product with multiple integration activities.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and integration teams, acting as a bridge between different sides of the product.
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Clarify requirements, ensure their completeness and clarity, and manage change requests.
• Translate requirements into User Stories, Tasks, and Data Flow Diagrams to support feature development.
• Support the development team with requirements clarification and provide context when needed.
• Participate in backlog reviews, roadmap planning, and prioritization of upcoming releases.
• Proactively identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Work with prototyping and visualization tools.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
• German — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with business process and workflow modeling.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to process information from multiple sources.
• System-thinking and functional decomposition skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex topics, dive into details, and take ownership.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• High adaptability and the ability to adjust your approach based on changing requirements, circumstances, and feedback.

   

Nice to have

• Technical background in Development, QA, or Design.
• Experience with process improvement and optimization.
• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
