Our customer is a global mobility and urban services platform providing transportation and related digital services.

About the Project

The project is focused on a branding management platform that supports the complete branding lifecycle, including branding management and verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable backend services
• Drive technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to deliver effective technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions while promoting engineering best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready code
• Own the full lifecycle of backend services, including deployment, monitoring, and production support
• Design and maintain observability solutions covering metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing
• Participate in Agile activities, including discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience, preferably in high-load environments
• Experience working in product-led environments and building and scaling distributed systems
• Expert-level Go knowledge, including advanced features such as generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives
• Strong SQL expertise, including schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization
• Deep understanding of Redis data structures and their efficient application in high-load systems
• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous service communication, including gRPC and message brokers
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and client-server communication patterns
• Experience designing and implementing observability strategies, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing
• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes or equivalent technologies, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to write maintainable and testable code with solid unit and integration test coverage
• Good knowledge of Git
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools
• Intermediate English

Nice to Have

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience profiling and optimizing Go service performance
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools and cross-platform workflows
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and code reviews
